1. Introduction demo video

This is 6 minutes demo to introduce how easy it is to use this E-agenda.

2. How to register your daycare

Once you decide you to use this E-agenda, there will be two ways to register your daycare in our system:

A. Your daycare provides manager’s email and educator’s emails. We send you an invitation to sign up.

B. We guide you to create free business Gmail for Manager and educators to use E-agenda.

We recommend you the B way because not every educator want to use their personal email for work.

4. How to register children and educators

Step 1: Once your daycare signed up in our E-agenda, daycare manager can sign in to register children.

Step 2: As soon as the manager registered a child, the parents will receive an invitation to sign up. Once parents signed up, the child will be registered in E-agenda.

Same procedure with registration of Educators.
